Mattia Santarelli provides dental practices and dental labs with an outsourced CAD design and milling service: production of crowns, bridges, aligners and other restorations starting from digital files (e.g. STL, OBJ, PLY, DICOM) uploaded by the client through the site's reserved area.
To use the service you need to register an account in the reserved area. Each order is entered by the client specifying the type of work, the quantity, and attaching the necessary files; the status of each order can be checked at any time from the client's dashboard.
Turnaround times vary depending on the type and complexity of the case and are communicated to the client when the order is confirmed. Any deadline dates indicated by the client at the time of ordering are treated as requests and do not constitute a binding delivery guarantee, unless otherwise explicitly agreed between the parties.
The client warrants that it has the right to upload, share and have processed the files provided (including any patient data contained in or associated with them) and that it has obtained, where necessary, the patient's consent for their disclosure to the Controller for the purpose of the requested work, as described in the Privacy Policy. The client is also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the uploaded files: any defects in the work resulting from incorrect, incomplete or insufficiently accurate files provided by the client are not attributable to the Controller.
Payments related to orders are handled directly between the parties, outside the platform, according to the terms and methods agreed on a case-by-case basis with the client.
Once the work is completed, the client is notified and the finished piece remains available for pickup for 30 days at no extra cost. After that period, if the client has not collected it, the Controller reserves the right to charge a storage fee or to delete any remaining digital files linked to the order, after notifying the client via the contact details provided at registration.
The Controller undertakes to provide the service with the professional diligence required by its activity. The Controller is not liable for delays or defects in the work resulting from incorrect, incomplete or late information, files or instructions provided by the client, nor for service interruptions due to force majeure or malfunctions of the third-party providers referred to in the privacy policy.
These Terms of Service may be updated over time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the applicable legal provisions on competent jurisdiction apply.
